How long is my product warranty?
An FDM product comes with a standard 12-month warranty, barring promotional events and specific exceptions. We offer the option of extending your machine's warranty up to a maximum of 36 months. Contact us to extend your warranty.
What type of shipping and packaging do you provide?
We deliver worldwide. Secure shipping is not optional. For optimal shipping, you'll need ideal packaging. Choose between two types of protection:
- Standard: The machine is packaged according to standard requirements to ensure protection for road shipments within the EU.
- Safety+: Solid, uncompromising wooden protection. Reinforced structure to ensure shipments outside the EU on ships and containers.
