 The General Management of F.lli Della Marca srl ​​believes that long-term success depends on the ability to meet contractual requirements and customer needs, constantly striving for continuous improvement through concrete actions identified, with reference to individual processes, through an approach based on the identification and analysis of potential risks and opportunities to be seized. The Management is aware that customer satisfaction, achieved through the care taken in the creation of each individual product, attention to feedback and communications from interested parties, and presence in customer support, directly influences the company's market position. 

F.lli F.lli Della Marca srl ​​is also convinced that implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 guarantees the fulfillment of the above-mentioned expectations and compliance with customer requirements, thus providing greater competitiveness in the reference market and full stakeholder satisfaction.

• Efficiently manage company resources (human and technical) by analyzing each individual's skills and unique characteristics, promoting their growth and development through training, information events, and any other action that fosters an effective work environment that promotes employee well-being; 
• Disseminate its policy within and outside the company in order to raise awareness among all interested parties towards a culture of continuous improvement in quality; 
• Optimize working conditions, eliminate and prevent problems, in order to reduce costs due to non-conformities and provide explicit evidence of the achieved quality.
